Arizona Genealogical Advisory Board Awards

Arizona Genealogical Advisory Board (AzGAB) has instituted a new program that involves giving awards to any AzGAB member or member of an AzGAB society. There will be three diffferent categories:
-- Distinguished Service Award

-- Projects Award

-- Founders Award
These awards will be presented to individuals and organizations on an annual basis. AzGAB members and AzGAB member societies may nominate individuals in any of the three categories. The winners will receive a complimentary registration to the AzGAB Workshop and be presented his/her award at the Workshop. A photo with their name will appear in the AzGAB Newsletter, plus a press release for the recipients' local media outlets. The AzGAB Awards program is explained on the Board's website, www.azgab.org/awards.htm

Nominations are due September 1 every year.

The Award Guidelines and Application Process for the awards categories and criteria for the nominating process is explained on the Award's website. Use the information in the Award Guidelines and Application Process to complete the Award Application Form. For clarification or if there are questions, contact Linda Caldwell McCleary, lindamcclearyAzGAB@gmail.com.
